Welcome to the GoodMeasure community partner information form. This form will serve as your description of your evaluation project proposal for partnership with. In consultation with the instructor, student teams will work with you to design a detailed evaluation plan that meets your needs. You should complete this form if you have already confirmed with Dr. Witesman or a member of the GoodMeasure team that your project has been selected for participation.

 

Evaluation planning services run during the Winter semester (January-April) of the upcoming academic year. Evaluation planning services include:

 

• Logic model
• Literature review
• Description of evaluation plan and execution instructions
• Evaluation timeline
• Evaluation budget
• Instrumentation for a mixed-methods evaluation (qualitative and quantitative)
• Sampling methodology
• Analysis and interpretation plan

Note that we do NOT gather or analyze data as part of the evaluation planning process.

If you would like to gather data and conduct the evaluation for your organization, please contact us to discuss further collaboration during our summer class, where students will conduct on-site evaluations. 

 

This proposal form requests brief information about your proposed project. This information will be provided to the students, who will use it to prepare for their first contact with you.
